A 4-Week Group Container for Women Ready to Develop a Relationship with Their Wild and Intuitive Nature
Yin-Yang Duality:
a 4-week group program that supports you in building a relationship with your wild and intuitive nature.
There is a wildish woman underneath the one who holds everything together. She hasn't disappeared; she's been waiting for you to give her attention.
This is for you if you’re ready to balance your masculine drive with your feminine depth.
This container creates 1.5-2hrs, once a week, for 4 weeks, for you to develop a relationship with your natural instincts through practical homework and discussions.
What becomes possible:
Relationships will begin to feel easier, not heavier, because you’ve learn how to be lovingly assertive (and everyone feels better because of it)
You’ll develop an honest, soul-connection with yourself; not just the idea of it, but the practical application and development of it via live time practices on our calls
1.5-2hr, x1 a week for 4 weeks; you scheduled this time for yourself, instead of time managing you
You’ll learn to nurture your instinctual voice instead of the overridden "go-go-go" or “I don’t know” voice
The one primary transformation: A Loving Relationship with Yourself
This is for you if…
You’re ready to enter an integral, honest container —a pack— that is designed to lead you in evolving from the old self to the new self. You’ll practice releasing your need to control, overachieve, and people please in order to feel worthy.
Does this sound familiar?
You're depleted from doing it all alone. The accumulation of being the one who holds things together because you do not trust others to hold you in return has finally become too much for you to bear. You've noticed you say yes more often than you mean to, and that pattern has stopped being tolerable.
You've put a lot of energy into other people's goals.. a partner's, a boss's, a family member's, and haven't given the same energy to your own. You're running on empty and stretched too thin across roles that all need something from you, without giving back. You feel wired but not resourced, like your ability to handle stress is switched on and your body isn't. And somewhere in the middle of holding it all together, you've become disconnected from yourself; from what you actually want, not just what's needed of you.
You've likely already tried to fix this on your own. Maybe you've pushed through with more discipline, more hustle, more hyper-independence because that's what's worked before, or what you were taught strength looks like. Maybe you've looked for help through conventional channels like a doctor's office, a system built around protocols rather than people, and left feeling more unseen than when you walked in, still without real answers for what your body's been telling you.
Maybe you've tried to white-knuckle your way through exhaustion by doing more, building more systems by yourself, taking on more responsibility instead of less. None of that is a failure on your part, it's evidence that the tools you've had access to weren't built for what you actually need now: integral support, simple structure held by someone you can trust, and other women who see the whole picture, not just your symptom.
Balance your masculine drive with your feminine depth in a container that holds you. Leading you through simple, restorative practices that support you in building a relationship with your wild and intuitive nature.
Right now, hyper-independence and hyper-masculine drive have been running the show: doing it all alone, pushing past your limits, burning out because stopping felt like falling behind. Inside this container, you'll learn to share vulnerably with other women, practice expressing and embodying your Yin energy, and get real, structured time for regeneration instead of squeezing it in if there's anything left of you by the end of the day.
You'll walk away with balanced yin-yang energy: practices to help you implement self-love and feel connection, the ability to take up space and let people support you, and permission to step away and rest without it feeling like you’re letting everyone down.

Upcoming Sessions
-
Thursday October 1st at 6pm PT.
Session 1 — The Child: Waking the Instinct(Movement: tai chi, chi gong, chakra-moving meditation, mobility, and dance) Before you can speak your truth, you have to move a little first. We start where the child starts; in the body, before words. Waking up what's been sitting still for way too long.
-
October 8th at 6pm PT.
Session 2 — The Maiden: Finding What's True (Values Practice) The maiden knows what's true before the world talks her out of it. This is that work: digging up the non-negotiable core of you that's been buried under everyone else's expectations.
-
October 15th at 6pm PT.
Session 3 — The Woman: Meeting Her (Breathwork + Archetype Work) The woman carries her full power: creative, instinctual, whole. Breath is what opens the door here. You meet your own wild woman archetype directly: who she is, what you've been silenced from doing, and what you actually want now.
-
October 22nd at 6pm PT.
Session 4 — The Crone: Making It Visible(Art) The crone takes everything gathered and turns it into something. We make a piece of art that drops you back into the renewed relationship with your wild and intuitive nature. This creative act brings the reclaimed self to physical manifestation, proudly hung or placed where you can see it every single day.
The Howl: an additional practice what weaves each session together
At a few points along the way, you'll be invited to speak a need or a truth out loud to the circle; not to be fixed, just acknowledged. It's a practice in letting your instinct exist without needing to correct it.
Kind Client Words
“My favorite part about working with Isabelle is her ability to listen. When she synthesizes all that we had been talking about, I feel so seen and understood. I love how honest she is about what I need to do, how to overcome my obstacles, and how that’s the embodiment of stepping into my power!”

“I would absolutely recommend Isabelle’s heart, care, integrity, tenderness, brilliance, humility, professionalism, and obvious love for what she is called to do!”

About Isabelle
Hello! I’ll be direct- for most of my life, I choose to be the strong one. The one everyone called when things fell apart, the one who held it together, the one who figured it out. And for a long time I actually thought that was just... who I was. Big surprise, turns out it was armor! I was so used to being seen for what I could handle that I forgot to ask how I felt about each moment and task.
I care hard (about my people, the planet, animals, the stranger), and I act on what I believe in, not just what makes sense on paper. If something feels true, I will make a move — and if it doesn't, no spreadsheet in the world can talk me into it. I am grateful to have this relationship with my Soul and intuition.
Here's what I do not often say out loud: the structure, the discipline, the "she has her life together" thing people see in me now — none of that came easy. I built it. Slowly, imperfectly, by falling on my face more times than I'd like to admit and getting back up anyway. When I teach structure, it's not theory. It's a practice I had to keep making efforts toward, broken down into something you do not have to struggle for the way I did, yay!
For me, balance is not a buzzword— it's how I'm wired to move through the world. I want the drive AND the softness. The ambition AND the rest. That's genuinely why this container exists: because I built the thing I needed and couldn't find anywhere else. How to practically practice femininity without losing the discipline around structure I have built.
Needless to say, i’m teaching you something I have experienced first hand and lived through in various ways. I built this because I needed a place where the woman who can do it all finally learns how to slow down hand say no — and the part of her that's wild, instinctual, and a little messy finally gets a seat at the table too.
