My Services

My approach is rooted in the teachings of the C.H.E.K Institute, a world leader in integrative health, movement, and performance. As a certified C.H.E.K Practitioner (HLC3 + IMS2), I use a comprehensive system that blends functional movement, corrective exercise, and holistic lifestyle coaching to help you heal the root, not just mask your symptoms.

We’ll work together to address common challenges like:

  • Chronic pain or injury

  • Back or joint pain

  • Poor posture or movement imbalances

  • Stress and burnout

  • Inflammation

  • Weight loss or gain

  • Bone density or hormonal shifts

What to Expect

Your journey starts with a few powerful intake forms that give me insight into your current physical, mental, emotional, and lifestyle habits.

From there I use the Subjective and Objective data paired with your assessment to formulate a plan based off of the latest research on the bodies biomechanics, biochemistry, and emotional impact:

  • We schedule a full postural and movement assessment (in person or online)

  • I design a fully customized program based on your needs, goals, and lifestyle

  • Your plan may include:

    • Corrective stretches and mobility work

    • Strength training and cardio

    • Breathwork and core integration

    • Lifestyle shifts around sleep, nutrition, stress, and energy

You’ll get clear instructions, personalized guidance, and video demos for all exercises so you can confidently follow along between sessions. This is about giving you the tools to take your health back into your own hands, one intentional move at a time.
