Seven years of testing gear, creating content, modeling, and writing reviews for brands to share what equipment and supplements will allow us to thrive in the outdoors, sustainably.

Whether that’s skiing, climbing, mountain biking or cycling, trail running, hiking, or swimming; knowing how each piece of gear works isi crucial for a successful day. Personally, I play hard and have to keep up with my two Border Collies! This means I test the limit of the gear I review, verify it’s safe for us and sustainable for the planet, and deliver my feedback honestly.

The proper gear, nutrition, and clothing can make or break a training session, single day outdoor trek, or multi-day adventure. As someone who trains for a living, I write and create from the unique eye of a CHEK Practitioner who knows what a body needs from its equipment.
