  • BLOOM: An Integrative Reset

    This is a guided 6 week online experience designed to help you reset your system from the inside out


    By moving with the rhythm of nature, we create sustainable habits
    and reconnect to what matters most in your life;
    your body, a self-care practice, family and friend connections, a movement practice, gardening..

    Whatever it may be, we are planting the seeds in this magical Spring portal of rebirth!

    This cohort begins on April 5th, 2026 and will come to completion May 17th, 2026. During our 6 weeks together, we will meet on Sunday evenings for a group mastermind at 4pm pst, and x3 live workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

    During the week we’ll stay connected within a private WhatsApp chat to share your wins and support one another.

    Bloom is here to shake up the stagnant energy that may be looming from Winter with Isabelle’s unique, integrative approach that focuses on movement, breathwork, nutrition, mindset rewiring, recovery, and deeper spiritual connection with your own soul.


    You will learn how to hold your center within the chaotic times we live in while creating a 1% shift in yourself that over 100 days, will result in a 100% improved you.

    • Women and men ready for fun + functional workouts x3/week to reset your rhythm for the new year from the luxury of your home (or gym!)

    • You know you need to be struck by a fresh air of energy to evolve out of cycles that are weighing you down like a body bag of russet potatoes

    • Your low energy or inconsistency in your routine is a total libido killer and you’re too boiling hot and intelligent for that

    • One of your goals at this time in your life is to surround yourself with growth-orientated people looking to improve themselves and their local environment so you can rise together

    • You are longing to connect with your Self, Soul, on a deeper level with practical practices that will illuminate the truth of your heart as long as you choose to listen to it

  • This is not for those who..

    • Want to push hard for 6 weeks to burn out and end at the same place they started

    • Deny themselves the “working in” practices necessary to balance their energy and recover

    • Deny themselves adequate nutrition, count macros, or be on a no fat / no carb diet plan.. we are building something so much deeper than “calories”

    • Pigeon hole themselves into labels that do not allow optimal expression of their truth

    • Deny that they are energetic or that “Soul Connection” is woowoo

    • Do not plan on showing up to the 6 Sunday masterminds or x3 weekly workouts (missing one here and there is ok! But attendance makes this worth it.)

    Just to be clear :)

    • 3 live movement sessions each week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)


      This will look like simple, effective training circuits using bodyweight, kettlebell, or dumbbell variations designed to build strength awareness and consistency. All sessions will be recorded incase you cannot make a class.

    • Group Call on Sunday starting at 4pm PST via Zoom. This calls will go over the following topics:

    5. Men’s/Women’s Health

    6. Soul Connection

    All calls will be recorded and available via Isabelle’s Skool platform. Guest speakers may make a surprise appearance!
