This led Isabelle to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds- from young athletes to semi-pros, those recovering from burnout, weight-loss, muscle building, and everyone in between. Her approach combines deep listening, clear guidance, and an integrative toolkit that will allow you to succeed.
As a certified CHEK Practitioner (HLC 3, IMS 2), she specializes in holistic performance coaching that includes functional fitness, weight loss, posture and movement correction, sport specific strength training, root-cause healing, stress and energy management, astrology-based insight, nutrition, recovery, and sustainable lifestyle design.
